Sometimes the walls of a house can drastically affect how well signal is able to transmit through them. You may find that it’s harder to get Wi-Fi in different rooms of the house. This can be fixed by having more routers around the house, but some people don’t want to have to deal with that kind of thing. There’s a lot more to the price than what you’re seeing. You won’t know the full cost of living there from just looking at the price tag. It helps to know how much the cost of living in that kind of house is, like how much it costs to keep it warm, how much you’re paying for electricity, how much home insurance is going to cost you.
