Wow, my friends. Our world has undergone some DRASTIC changes in the past several months, hasn’t it? The arrival of the coronavirus in the United States changed the normal for our daily lives for so many people. I honestly don’t think that our lives will ever be the same. This pandemic has shown us just how vulnerable we are and shown us how we need to slow down, observe the world around us, and to spend time with our loved ones, and appreciate the small blessings each day.
I know it’s been a LONG time since I posted a Friday Finds but we are going to pick up where we left off, and we have a lot to share!

Shungite Magic
Something that really caught my eye was the page on Shungite and its magical properties. I’ve always been a believer in having stones and materials from the earth that have healing properties, and this is no different.
Shungite can only be found in one part of the world, and that is Lake Onega in Russia. It’s also the only mineral in the entire world known to contain fullerene. It’s also older than your great great great grandparents! It has been dated back to the beginning of time and used for centuries for its great powers. Russian scientists have been studying this mineral for decades and it is recently gaining interest in the western world.
Russians have used it as a medicine, they have also used it for water filtration, agriculture, anti-aging, and so on. Russians have known that drinking Shungite infused water has medicinal benefits and have been doing so for over 300 years.
It has antioxidants much like Vitamin A and Vitamin C do. It fights against free radicals in the body, and I’ve read that it helps detoxify your system to a point where it can possibly slow the growth of cancer cells. It also helps with slowing the aging process and can be found in soaps, shampoo, hand creams, and more.
Our Molly suffers from these fatty lumps that appear on one hind leg and on her chest. Shungite has properties for cellular repair, energizing energy, focus, easing anxiety, reducing inflammation, beneficial for immune and respiratory systems, and provides EMF protection.
