Remember a few days ago I mentioned how much I absolutely loved the Deal or No Deal slot game and the Wheel of Fortune slot game from Games by GSN? Well, I still enjoy the games, but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at GSN. As a result, I’ve removed the links from that post.
I had a few questions about the Daub Around the World contest for their Video Bingo game. I wanted to know whether the games I played on my cell or my tablet would count towards the daubs that I needed to collect to advance to the next location in the contest.
The other day I spent $1.99 to purchase some tokens and as soon as I did – the 5,000 free tokens option was taken away and has not returned. I posted a question on their Facebook page as to whether it was just a glitch with the system or if that is just how it is – once you make a purchase you cannot receive free tokens in exchange for watching videos and answering surveys.
Crickets chirping from all directions.
I could understand if I had to have someone email me a response or send me a snail mail letter with a response to my question. That, however, is not the case. If you are going to have an online app that can be played via Facebook and downloaded as a mobile app for those devices, then my opinion is you need to have a damn good customer service department that stays on top of the questions and requests that are going to come in via the social media channels that you have advertised.
I’m still waiting GSN, and I am NOT happy.
