The best thing you can do is go to your local bed store and try different types. That way you can make an informed decision about which is best for you. But if you jump right into bed and start scrolling through social media feeds, your mind is going to stay too active to be able to fall asleep quickly. The best environment is a dimly lit room, no TV on, and a book in hand.
