I have been a fan of Harlequin since I was a girl growing up in rural Pennsylvania. My mother had one of the largest collections of Harlequin paperback novels that I have ever seen. Every morning my brother and I would enter the kitchen to find mom sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee and one of her Harlequin novels. It’s a memory that has stuck with me all these years, and one that I emulate at times as well. There is nothing like getting lost in a good book, in the quiet of the morning, to get your day started off right.
