Meltdown Mondays Cured with a Smoothie

It is a Monday. School is looming on the horizon.

The children are beginning to get bored and are beginning to get on each other’s nerves, and for all intent purposes have lost their minds.

What do you do? Hide in a closet? Scream till you turn purple even though nobody is listening? Nope. Tried that. Doesn’t work.

Go pop into the kitchen, grab your blender and whip up a batch of these delicious Sweet White Wine and Fruit Smoothies from our friends at PerfectSmoothie.com!

Notes

I prefer using Sutter Home's Muscato for this recipe, its just a personal preference. You can use any sweet white wine that you like. This little gem satisfies your craving for dessert, and you get the added benefits of getting some healthy antioxidants!

Go ahead. Hide in the closet and enjoy your smoothie. The kids won’t miss you for a few minutes. We’ll cover for you.
