No 4th of July party or backyard BBQ is complete without the perfect cocktail. Tequila is trending this summer, so we have a cocktail recipe made with Nosotros Tequila to share with you.
Smoke on the Water Margini
Extremely interesting, and lethal-looking is a ‘margini’ created by Garh Dokken of the Craft House in Dana Point, CA named Smoke on the Water. This festive, smoky cocktail features Nosotros Reposado, notes of luxardo cherries, vanilla, and blood orange topped with a charcoal eggwhite foam.
I wish I had the recipe to share with you for the Smoke on the Water. I would definitely want to give it a go myself!
Nosotros Blood + Sand Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. Nosotros Reposado
- 3/4 oz. orange juice (preferably blood orange)
- 3/4 oz. Heering Cherry Liquor
- 3/4 oz. dry vermouth
- 3 dashes vanilla extract
Shake well and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.
