Review: 360 Cookware – The Last Cookware You’ll Ever Need

If it’s possible to marry your cookware – then consider me hitched for life!

5-Piece-Stainless-Steel-Bakeware_set

I had the opportunity to review 360 Cookware’s 5 Piece Stainless Steel Bakeware Set last month and no, I didn’t want to share the awesomeness of this bakeware set because then YOU are going to want to get a set for yourself, and then your friends will want one, and then their friends will all have one too, and I won’t be special any more!

Let me give you a bit of background … my cookware and bakeware items come from the local Dollar General, Walmart, Sears, Kohls – whomever had the best deal running at the time I needed something. I have a few precious pieces that belonged to my nana and mother which are mostly Pyrex dishes. My mom always used teflon frying pans, so that’s what I’ve used all these years. I have one stainless steel frying pan that I don’t like – because no matter what I do, food sticks to it. So the mere thought of buying stainless steel bakeware was out of the question.

Until I got fed up with throwing money away. Now, I’ll be the first to tell you, the items that I bought were not high dollar items. If I could pick up two cookie sheets for less than $5.00 that was a deal – until I was having to purchase them once a month. See, when you have to soak the cheap stuff to get the burnt on gook off of them and then go back to wash them, they would have this rust-like substance on them that nothing would take off.  I would have been better off buying disposable tin pans.

So the great folks at 360 Cookware dared me to give their bakeware a try. I was literally waiting to video the elbow grease that was going to be required to clean these items. Stainless steel? Pfft. Yeah, this should be fun.

I put the bake and roast pan to the test first with a batch of homemade brownies – without any cooking spray and no greasing the pan. Just mixed them up and dumped them in the naked pan.

I know right? I can hear you gasping and thinking, “Oh my God she’s lost her mind!”

As soon as I pulled the brownies out of the oven, I noticed where they had pulled away from the pan. I just knew that there was going to be cursing and some heavy duty elbow grease involved. Once the kids had demolished the brownies, all that was left was the aftermath of brownie residue. I sat the pan in the sink, put some hot water in it and a drop of Dawn. 10 minutes later I was taking a regular dish cloth – not a scouring pad or a Brillo pad – and literally just wiping the pan clean.

It was amazing!

9x13-Stainless-Steel-Steel-Bake-and-Roast-Pan-1_largeI thought – this is too good to be true. So I cooked breaded fish fillets in the pan with just a bit of cooking spray. Didn’t stick at all.  The secret is that this pan has the proper heat distribution properties needed so you have no burnt spots! I have used the bake and roast pan almost every single day since I received it and prayers have been answered because – amazingly enough – I haven’t had to cook two different dinners for the boys and for hubby! Everyone has been raving at how delicious the food has turned out and I haven’t had to deal with leftovers in the fridge either!

14″ x 17.5″ Large Cookie Sheet

Stainless-Steel-Cookie-Sheet-Large-1_largeNext we tested some cookies out on the cookie sheet. I had every intention of making some homemade cookies this holiday season, but what we actually ended up with was a tube of chocolate chip cookies that Tre made while I watched. He spooned them out onto the cookie sheet and we popped them in the oven. No grease, no cooking spray, just the large cookie sheet and the cookie dough. Not a single cookie stuck to the sheet! Even Tre was amazed!

You know how your cookie sheets will sometimes “pop” when you put them in the oven and they start heating up? You won’t hear that with the 360 Cookware cookie sheet. Warping, bending and burning are ALL in the past. This stainless steel cookie sheet is designed with multiple layers that conduct heat evenly and with the 14″ x 17.5″ cooking space, you can make a whole bunch of small cookies or a few monster cookies!

No matter what I made, hardly anything stuck to these pans, and clean up never needed anything more than some hot soapy water and a normal dish cloth.

I was so thrilled and amazed with the cookie sheet and the bake and roast pan, that I haven’t even tried the cake pans or the pie pan yet. I know without a doubt that they will be just as wonderful.

The 360 Cookware 5 Piece Bakeware Set includes two 9″ round cake pans, a pie pan, a 9″ x 13″ bake and roast pan, and a large cookie sheet. All of these items are oven safe and dishwasher safe.

    • I used my cake pans yesterday to make hubby’s birthday cake, double layer chocolate chocolate lol. He’s not gonna have to worry about not having something sweet for a few days that’s for sure! Cake turned out beautifully – just like I knew it would thanks to 360 Cookware!

  2. I love great cookware. It can make cooking so much easier and the results so much better. Looks like a great set too!!

  3. These sound amazing. I am not a cook, but my husband is and he thinks there is never too much to spend on good, quality bake/cookware. I will show this to him. You may have a new convert.

  4. If you had any doubts about the authenticity of this post – this should make a believer out of you! This is the 360 Cookware Bake & Roast Pan after a pan full of barbeque spare ribs. I soaked half the pan in hot water with 2 drops of Dawn dish detergent, and then rinsed it off after about 20 minutes. What you see below is the results. I didn't WIPE, SCRUB, or anything – just hot water to rinse the bubbles from the cleaner side of the pan. Now you cannot tell me this isn't some awesome freaking cookware to look like this after just soaking!

  5. I use to use stainless steel to cook with but like you said everything stuck. That was years ago and bought non stick. Thanks for the review on this product. May have to try it for myself

  6. I have been needing a new set of bakeware AND cookware, and though I hate to chance making you less special {as if that were possible ;)}, I may just have to get some of these as they sound awesome! Thanks for the great review!

    • I knew it was going to happen. Something this awesome you just can't keep under wraps but so long lol! There goes my awesome, dang it! 🙂

  7. Oh do these sound amazing!! We are in the market for new cookware and Im so over this teflon garbage!!! Thanks for sharing this one!! Im making notes to go check them out!!! And if you marry them please invite me to the wedding and bring brownies 😉

  8. I have always known that it pays to invest in good cookware, but just didn't have the patience to do one piece at a time. Now that I am older I have been through so many cheap sets and I am done with that. This sounds like a great line of cookware, thank you for the pos.

    • Oooh, Lux!!!! Your customers are going to absolutely LOVE your food if you use these!! I honestly still cannot get over the fact that the testosterone in this house are actually eating baked food and I've not had any leftovers. If it's not fried or dipped in cheese – the kids are meh. Hubby has had to get away from fried foods (for health reasons) and he is SO particular about baked foods. He said that I don't season my food well enough when I'm baking … but it wasn't that! I used plenty of seasonings – it is the temperature and the pan that make all the difference in the world. I absolutely love that I only have to use a tiny bit of water too – this vapor technology stuff is freaking amazing!
