Or maybe you just don’t have the right schedule to follow. In general, about 7 hours sleep is the best amount for an average adult, but increasing this number to 9 hours is also highly recommended. If you’re falling below this mark, you might be doing yourself some serious damage. Either way, there’s a big connection between getting enough sleep and a healthy brain! Thus, if you’ve been recently experiencing problems with your memory or your senses, it might be a sign you need much more sleep than you’re currently getting.

Having poor quality sleep means you’re not going to be on top of your game when it comes to waking up in the morning, and that’s always a terrible experience for us and those around us!
