Wow! What a week this has been, right? I was helping out at our leasing office earlier this week so the bloggy business was on hold for a few days. Then we had Storm Sparta come rolling through Central Virginia on Wednesday night into Thursday morning, leaving behind about 7 to 9 inches of snow throughout the area. Naturally, the schools were closed on Thursday and Friday, so we had some fun playing in the snow and making snow angels and snow devils, building snowmen, and then collapsing happily exhausted in the living room to munch on some hot soup and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches before a nap!
We have a weather roller coaster coming this week too. Is that crazy or what? I’ve got plans for Wednesday when it’s going to be warm and Mollyanna and I might take a walk around the neighborhood on Monday, but the rest of the days we will be inside working – well, I’ll be working … she’ll be sleeping like she usually is!
What is the forecast for your area the first week of March? Leave a comment below and let us know what your plans are if you are going to be having some spring-like temperatures!
Sunday’s Best Link Up
Welcome to Week 9 of Mother 2 Mother’s Sunday’s Best Linkup. We’ve started our Spring Forward theme. Warm weather is around the corner, so lets get those spring posts up. I’m looking forward to seeing lots of green.
Please share your favorite St. Patrick’s Day and/or Easter posts. We’re looking for crafts, recipes, gardening, decorating ideas, room makeovers, tablescapes, spring cleaning and organizational tips, anything that you love to do in the spring and would like to share. Blow the dust off your old posts and link those too. Don’t have posts that fit into the theme, link up whatever post you would like to share. We would love to have SEO, blogging, organizational, and parenting tips, DIY projects, homesteading, homeschooling, and your posts on life. Your linkups and giveaways are welcome too. Anything goes here.
Each week a post or a few posts will be selected and featured the following week. An image from your post will be used on my blog the following week with a link back to your blog. Be sure to check back to see if you’re the Sunday’s Best featured blogger of the week.
