Kale Is a Superfood
The benefits of including kale in your diet are immeasurable. It’s low in calories (only 36!), high in fiber and has zero fat. It is also high in iron, Vitamins A, C. and K, and is chock-full of powerful antioxidants. Not only does it support cardiovascular health by helping to lower cholesterol levels, its high in calcium, a great detox food, and is also a great anti-inflammatory food that helps to fight against arthritis, asthma and autoimmune disorders.
