My sister’s wedding was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I’m out of commission for a few more days. I decided that playing volleyball with my nieces and nephew was a good idea, and I forgot how old I was LOL!
Needless to say, I’ve got a torn ligament in my left shoulder and the muscle spasms around it are absolutely excruciating. I’m going to continue to rest this weekend and not use it anymore than necessary, and hopefully be back again Monday.
