Mom's Recipes - Pork Roast with Sauerkraut

pork roast

large onion
chopped

salt

pepper

pints
fresh sauerkraut
2
quarts
water
1/4
cup
of brown sugar
Instructions
Place pork roast in roasting pan
Rub roast with brown sugar, salt and pepper
Place sauerkraut and onions around the roast evenly
Add 2 quarts of water
Bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours
